Before One Media Society, I spent years working inside agencies — learning how brands are built, how teams are run, and what it really takes to deliver great work. I worked hard, said yes to everything, and gave a lot of myself to other people’s visions. But deep down, I knew I wanted to do things differently.

Building this agency didn’t happen overnight. It came from years of watching, learning, grinding, and slowly figuring out what kind of business I actually wanted to lead. It took long days, quiet seasons, self-doubt, growth, grit, and trusting that if I kept my head down and stayed aligned, I’d build something I could be proud of.
And I did.

Now I get to work with the kinds of brands and people I’ve always believed in — creatives, founders, and change-makers — helping them bring their ideas to life with strategy, clarity, and creativity.
